The realization of this Tanzania Health Facility Registry (HFR) has been achieved through tremendous effort and commitment of several individuals, organizations, and partners who have contributed through several stages of development, starting initially in 2009 and through many iterations to come to the official HFR Public Portal launch in 2015.
